The following are the Associates of the IDC– Associação para o Estudo do Direito do Consumo (Article 7 of the Articles of Incorporation):
1. the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon
2. the subscribers of the articles of incorporation of IDC
3. the University of Lisbon, through any of its Faculties, as long as they have requested so and been accepted
4. the teachers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in particular those who lecture or have lectured or presented research works in the field of Consumer Law, as long as they have requested to be so and been accepted
5. emeritus or retired professors of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, , as long as they have requested to be so and been accepted
6. persons, including legal persons, of renowned merit in the field of research of the IDC or related thereto, who, by their activity, contribute notoriously to the prossecution of the scope of the association, as long as they have requested to be so and been accepted.
